Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 7-8 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

  • We offer delivery across Pakistan through trusted courier partners (e.g., TCS, Leopards, M&P).

  • Standard delivery time is 7-8 business days after order confirmation.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking number.

  • Tracking details will be active within 24–48 hours.

Delays

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Tiny Looms is not liable for delays once the order is handed over to the courier.

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details at checkout.

  • In case of failed delivery due to wrong address or repeated courier attempts, the customer may be charged for re-delivery.
